Use with Plantain seed (Che qian zi), Lygodium spore (Hai jin sha) and Talc (Hua shi). 3. Obstructed lactation and breast distention. Use with Amomum fruit (Sha ren) and Ricepaper pith (Tong cao). 4. Constipation. Use with herbs that moisten intestines and move feces, such as Chinese angelica root (Dang gui), Peach seed (Tao ren) and Arboritae seed (Bai zi ren).
